Add Another Dog to Your Garmin Training System
The PT 10 is Garmin's add-on dog device for compatible training handhelds, giving you a straightforward way to expand an existing system. With additional dog devices, a PRO 70 handheld can manage up to six dogs, while PRO 550 and Sport PRO handhelds support up to three dogs.
The PT 10 supports the training functions available from the paired handheld, including tone, vibration and stimulation where supported. Its built-in BarkLimiter can also be activated on the dog device, giving the collar a separate option for managing unwanted barking.
Beacon Lights and Field-Ready Power
Remote-operated LED beacon lights help make the dog easier to locate in low-light conditions. Two lengths of removable, insulated stainless steel contact points are supplied, allowing the contact setup to be matched to different coat lengths.
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery has a stated battery life of 60 hours, with a battery indicator showing when it is time to recharge. This PT 10 version supplied in blue is water-resistant to 1 ATM, the equivalent to pressure at a depth of 10 m, and uses a 1.9 cm collar strap.
