Made for Performance and Built to Last
Gemini chokes are manufactured in Italy using modern CNC machinery and 42CrMo4 alloy steel for exceptional strength, balance, and resilience. Each choke undergoes rigorous quality checks with precision calibrations throughout the production cycle.
Advanced Finishes for Long-Term Reliability
Gemini applies a proprietary multi-step finishing process to optimize performance and durability:
- Grinding + Lapping – For precision fit and consistent shot patterns.
- Nickel Plating (Niplate HV500) – Internal finish reduces fouling and corrosion.
- Chroming/Burnishing – Adds external toughness and polish.
- DLC Coating (Diamond-Like Carbon) – Enhances hardness (2500–3000 HV), reduces glare, and provides anti-friction properties.
High-Grade Materials for Demanding Shooters
- 42CrMo4 Alloy Steel – Standard for most chokes; heat-treated, normalized, and plated for long-term performance.
- 17-4 PH Stainless Steel – Used in thin-walled chokes; hardened without coatings for steel shot use.
- Grade 5 Titanium (Ti 6Al-4V) – Ultra-light and DLC-coated; ideal for competition use where balance is key.
Designed for Steel Shot Use
Each choke is laser-marked to indicate compatibility with steel or lead shot, and complies with Banco Nazionale di Prova standards for pressure and safety.
Care Instructions
- Always unload your firearm before removing or installing chokes.
- Inspect threads and contact surfaces for damage or debris.
- Ensure choke is securely tightened to prevent gas blow-by.
- For best results, clean regularly and apply high-temperature grease before reinstalling.
