Manitoba Ridge Leather Hiking Boots | Tan/Black

The Manitoba Ridge is built for low-level hiking, tramping and hunting with lighter loads, bringing together a leather upper, waterproof Sympatex inner and Vibram outsole in a straightforward outdoor boot. The Vibram Linx outsole uses XS Trek rubber, specified to balance traction and durability across varied terrain.

Underfoot, an Ortholite foam insole provides cushioning and breathability, while the higher-cut profile gives additional support around the ankle. Lace locks help hold the laces and tongue in position as you move, keeping the Ridge focused on practical features that matter during longer periods on your feet.

Manitoba recommends breaking the boots in on shorter walks before taking them on an extended trip and applying a suitable waterproofing spray at least 24 hours before use. After cleaning, condition the leather while it is still damp and allow the boots to air-dry in a cool, ventilated place away from direct heat. These boots are not intended for work-boot use, extremely rough terrain, below-freezing conditions, rock climbing or mountaineering.
