The ATN NVM14 is a high-performance, versatile Night Vision System. It is designed to be multifunctional: hand-held as a monocular, head-mounted/helmet-mounted as a single-eye Goggles, or firearm-mounted as a Night Vision Sight.
The ATN NVM14 has an optional flip-up headset or helmet mount with an automatic off-feature. The automatic off-feature turns the unit off when it is flipped-up out of the viewing position.

The ATN NVM14 has a host of additional features such as a built-in IR Illuminator with rotary lens to select between IR Spot or Flood Beam as well as a built-in automatic high-light cutoff to protect the Image Intensifier. The ATN NVM14 also includes a bright light and low-battery warning indicators, built into the viewing area of the eyepiece. The ATN NVM14 Night Vision Device is compatible with most firearms, IR Laser aiming/illuminating Systems and standard collimated Reflex Sights.

The NVM-14 is available with a wide range of image intensifier options to meet a wide array of specification requirements. The NVM-14 night vision monocular is a complex optic electronic system for individual use. The device consists of the objective lens assembly, eyepiece and the body. The body contains a image intensifier tube assembly with an integrated high voltage power source and the battery housing

ITT Pinnacle™ Image Intensifier Tube
The ATN Night Vision Units with the 3P designation use ITT Pinnacle™ Image Intensifier Tubes. The industry leading ITT Pinnacle™ Image Tubes utilize a gated power supply providing truly outstanding performance in high-light or light-polluted areas, such as urban environments. The Pinnacle™ Tubes with gated power supply minimize any "Halo" effects. "Halo" is often associated with using Night Vision Devices in the urban area where random street lights are often an issue with early Generation Night Vision Devices. The Night Vision Units with Pinnacle™ Tubes have a typical resolution of 64-72lp/mm and a typical Signal-to-Noise Ratio of 24. All Night Vision Devices utilizing Pinnacle™ Image Intensifier Tubes come with ITT data record sheet. Units with Pinnacle™ Tubes are not available for export. A signed export compliance and end use statement are required prior to shipping of these units.

White Phosphor Technology

In ATN`s continuing effort to supply our clients with cutting edge Night Vision Devices, we are proud to introduce a new line of select units based on ATN White Phosphor Technology© (WPT©). Studies show that nighttime scene appears remarkably more natural in black and white versus the usual green. B&W provides clearer information about contrast, shapes and shadows. ATN`s White Phosphor Technology© provides users with this natural B&W Night Vision Image.  The majority of the WPT© performance characteristics are on par or better than the latest Gallium Arsenide based Image Intensifier Tubes. WPT© specifications include typical resolution of 68lp/mm (with some over 74lp/mm) and Signal-to-Noise figures as high as 25. Operators that tested units, that use ATN WPT©, reported a significantly better degree of detail, overall contrast, full moon similarity and range of shades. WPT© provides more discriminating shades of intensity between white & black than between green & black resulting in better contrast and depth perception than when compared to green phosphor NVGs.
