Hybrid Slugs offer a higher ballistic coefficient, further range and higher precision potential than the classic pellet design.

Because slugs usually do not shoot well out of pellet barrels, FX has made the exception.

Thanks to its large hollow cavity, which offers huge stopping power, the Hybrid slug can shape to the barrel just like a pellet. This said, the Hybrid slugs a mainly designed for FX Smooth Twist X (STX) barrels, which are more forgiving to slugs. Its shape ensures a flat bullet trajectory and a longer reach compared to a normal pellet. The low weight, made possible through its hollow core and deep recessed base, contributes to the ballistic coefficient as well.
