.177 Gamo Varmint Air Rifle: 1250fps

The GAMO Varmint Air Rifle shoots a .177 PBA Platinum alloy pellet at 1250 fps, making it an ideal pellet gun for hunting small game (rabbits, possum, rats), pest control and target practice. Combined with its performance features, the Varmint comes with an all weather molded synthetic stock with non-slip texturing on the pistol grip and forearm. A Monte Carlo cheek pad aligns your eye with the scope and a rubber recoil pad keeps the butt stock firmly planted on the shoulder. The Gamo Varmint Air Rifle functions with a break barrel, spring-powered cocking system and has an automatic cocking safety system.

*Manual Safety: The manual safety is the lever that is in front of the trigger, if you pull it forward, the safety is off, if you pull it backwards (towards the trigger), the safety is on. Please make sure you do not turn the safety off until you are ready to shoot.

*Automatic Cocking Safety System: The automatic safety cocking system is a different safety feature than the Manual Safety; it does not allow you to pull the trigger while cocking the air rifle. When you break the barrel this safety system is engaged and when you put the barrel back into position this safety system is disengaged. Please read the manual before using.
