• Pay scale based on experience and ability:
$51,000 - $60,000 pa + commission (wage based on 40 hours per week)
Website Order Processor
Come and join Gun City’s fast paced and high energy web team. We are looking for an order processor who will work using a computer to fulfil web orders and communicate with our customers through email and phone.
The key person for this position will thrive on operational based work through keeping multiple moving parts under control, clearing order queues, solving customer problems, and seeing tasks through to completion. Someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly and confidently, and handles customer queries in a practical, professional, and prompt manner. This role will also suit and be enjoyable to someone who is attentive and takes pride in getting things done, closing loops, and following up with couriers, customers, stock teams, and internal systems until each issue is resolved. Added qualities from the applicant are a strong attention to detail, reliability, common sense, and a steady approach.
Firearms knowledge is a bonus but not a pre-requisite to be great at the job.
