Create your own mince, sausages, meatballs, patties, or mince pies at home with this durable stainless steel meat mincer/grinder, which can also be easily converted into a sausage stuffer filler.

Food-grade stainless steel is the top choice for food equipment due to its strength, durability, non-porous nature (enhancing hygiene), ease of cleaning, and resistance to corrosion.

This machine has the ability to grind up to 150kg per hour or 2.5kg per minute. Please note that it operates at a single speed, which may be fast for novice sausage makers when filling sausages. For beginners, a manual sausage filler is recommended.

Comes with grinding plates, a 4mm (finely ground mince), 6mm and 8mm (coarsely ground mince). The grinder plate is ideal for most types of mince and sausages, while the chute design helps reduce the need for cubing and dicing.

Why mince meat?

Mincing is one of the three primary methods for tenderising meat, alongside chopping and pounding. It breaks down the muscle and connective tissue, resulting in a more tender texture. Once minced, meat can be mixed with other ingredients before shaping and cooking. Additionally, mincing ensures even fat distribution in sausages and patties, leading to juicier burgers and more flavorful sausages.
