Alongside the generous main compartment with an internal divider, the bag also comes with 2 cushioned pistol sleeves, which slot in nicely into the main compartment. Not only are the walls of the bag reinforced with solid polymer construction, making it extremely sturdy, but all the straps are reinforced into the body of the bag; meaning it can hold up to 40kg of gear.

I had not comprehended quite how substantial this bag was or how solidly it is built. There are good width pockets on three sides with two hoops on the side that faces you when carrying. The bag is easy to handle with duffel style handles and a shoulder strap which sits great with its shaping. I took the bag out to sight in a new rifle. It was great for this purpose. With the size and structure, it would make a great gear bag to go my quad or two wheeler. This bag would also fit my cooker and some food. I'm looking forward to taking this on the next hunt and am sure it will come in very handy. I'm not convinced of the usefulness of the pistol sleeves, especially here in NZ. They are really well made and might just end up as pencil cases for my children if not used with the bag. Great bag - will likely be used for much more than just sighting in.

I find it useful to store fragile items that I don’t want to put in the big duffle bag, such as cookers and power banks. The main compartment of the bag has a nice structure to it so I know it will protect the fragile items inside. The bag has some nice tie down metal hoops on the back, would have been nice to have some on the front too. Bag is a good size and has plenty of storage compartments. Build quality seems solid but time will tell.

The whole bag feels really solid, with stiff reinforcement all the way around and in the adjustable dividers, so everything inside is well protected.
