The X-22 Backpacker Stock makes your 10/22 Takedown easy to pack and stow while remaining ready to go in seconds. The barrel with the forend attached fits into the butt-stock when taken down to become a secure package that fits into a backpack, in a vehicle, or anywhere else where space is limited. The barrel can be taken down and stowed with optics attached. The X-22 Backpacker offers storage compartments under the comb and inside the pistol grip for extra ammo or gear. The minimalist, lightweight design saves ounces and provides tons of features.

Features
- Accepts Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifles with drop-in fit and makes it easy to pack and stow, with upgrades to ergonomics, sling and accessory mounting, and storage
- Taken down barrel with forend attached snaps securely into bottom of stock for compact storage as a single package
- Can be taken down and stored with optics mounted and reassembled in seconds into shooting condition
- Hinged compartment under stock comb accepts three 10-round mags or one 50-round box of .22 LR ammo and one 10-round mag; removable spacers allow customization of the storage area
- Storage compartment inside pistol grip is O-ring sealed to resist water and holds batteries, small parts or gear
- Front and rear QD sling mounts on both sides for sling mounting options
- Anti-slip rubber butt-pad provides positive purchase for solid contact with shoulder
- Compatible with MOE SL® Enhanced Rubber Butt-Pad, sold separately
- Comes with interchangeable standard cheek and optic-height cheek riser that adds 0.5" height to comb
