We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, highly detail-oriented, and enjoys problem solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
The position will work closely with senior team members and provide support to staff across all branches.
Previous experience is not critical, as this role is suited to someone entry-level with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn. We will train the right person on the job to be able to carry out these tasks.

The job:
to support the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and operation of:
• Company systems
• Firearms-related data processes, general technical support tasks across the business.
This role is primarily focused on internal I.T. support and systems maintenance, while also assisting with the technical and data-management side of firearm compliance processes, including firearm audits, serial tracking, and error correction.
Key responsibilities include
assisting with firearm audit scheduling and scanning processes, resolving data and serial number issues, supporting POS and ERP systems, troubleshooting general technical problems, and performing Level 1 I.T. support tasks such as desktop/mobile support, printer maintenance, account management, and system setup. The role also includes routine systems monitoring, server and storage checks, and assisting with security system oversight.
