Trouble Shooting: Common Problems

  1. Cant connect to the scope on app ? – check Wi-Fi is turned on the scope, this turns off each time you turn the scope offMake sure the phone hasn’t connected back to the house wifi, in some cases you need to tell it to ignore or forget the network so it doesn’t keep happening.

  2. Nothings working correctly? Make sure the app and scope are up to date with firmware.

  3. Ballistics not working?  Check everything is correct for the ballistic profile:

  • Is the correct profile selected?

  • Is the rifle zeroed correctly?
