Cold Steel Benchtop Knife Sharpener

The Cold Steel Benchtop Knife Sharpener gives you control over both sharpening angle and blade position. The angle can be adjusted from 15 to 30 degrees, while the four supplied diamond grits - 300, 600, 800 and 1000 - provide several stages for restoring and refining a knife edge.

The ambidextrous clamp uses a non-marring grip and rotates through 180 degrees, allowing you to turn the blade over and sharpen the opposite edge without removing it from the clamp. This keeps the knife positioned in the same sharpening setup as you work from side to side.

A weighted base with non-slip feet provides the stable benchtop platform for the system. The supplied hard shell carrying case keeps the sharpener and its components together for storage or transport.
