Office Administrator - Experienced
• Location: Cranford Street, Christchurch
• Hours: 30 Hours a week, 6 hours per day Monday - Friday
• Duration: 9 months Fixed term
• Price Indication: $28 - $34
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Accounts Administrator with a proven track record of experience in accounts and administrative responsibilities to join our amazing Christchurch Head office team. You will be working in a pleasant warm, modern office with excellent facilities and friendly staff.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle administrative tasks related to financial operations such as Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, MYOB processing, Xero Operations
• Assist with monthly processes, including meeting deadlines for appropriate close off
• Organisation of documents and digital files.
• Facilitate short term projects and management requests.
Requirements
• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a high level of work ethic
• Experience with accounting systems, Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office - Excel
• A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving personality
