Office Administrator with experience in Xero & Excel

• Location: Cranford Street, Christchurch

• Hours: 30 Hours a week, 6 hours per day Monday - Friday

• Price Indication: $28 - $34

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated Accounts Administrator to join our amazing Christchurch Head office team. You will be working in a pleasant warm, modern office with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

We would like our new team member to have experience and speed in using Xero and Excel, be quick at picking up new computer systems, have great attention to detail and is a good problem solver who works well in a team.

 

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle administrative tasks related to financial operations such as Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, MYOB processing, Xero Operations
• Assist with monthly processes, including meeting deadlines for appropriate close off
• Organisation of documents and digital files.
• Facilitate short term projects and management requests.
 

Requirements

• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a high level of work ethic
• Experience with accounting systems, Xero & Excel.
• A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving personality
• Solution’s orientated, self-motivated and good in a team
• High integrity and respect for others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Continuously improve through feedback
