We know firsthand how important it is to have dependable hunting gear, which is why we build our calls from the best materials available using industry-leading manufacturing processes. Each call is designed to stand up to the abuse that only hunters can inflict on their gear. We warranty our calls against defects in workmanship that inhibit the performance and normal operation of the call. However, there are a few conditions not covered under the Lifetime Warranty, including: lost calls or call parts (use a lanyard that loops onto both the barrel and the insert), damage due to modification of the call or its components, damage inflicted by neglect, your dog using your calls as a chew toy, and exposure to unnatural hazards such as heaters in your blind or leaving your calls in your truck during the heat of summer.
