For all Aimpoint Comp 1X sights such as the Comp M2/M3 series . This is the standard mount used by the US Military. It has a very good and easy to use quick release system. The large knob is used to tighten into the firearm -- it also has a slip system to prevent overtightening. It is a very strong and solid mount. Designed to install repeatedly and maintain zero.
