The hammer-fired operation of the CZ P-09 NOCTURNE provides the feel you expect and offers second strike capability, allowing the pistol to continue to function even when faced with a faulty primer.
• User-Swappable safety and decocking levers: Based on the time-proven trigger mechanism in the legendary CZ 75 pistol, the OMEGA system allows users to swap the manual safety with the decocker and firing pin block, or vice versa. It retains the same smooth, trouble-free operation as the CZ 75, but with a design that features less components. High reliability doesn’t need to be complicated.
• Durable, fiberglass-reinforced polymer frame: The frame is made from fiberglass-reinforced polymer, which is not only extremely light and strong, but also mechanically and thermally stable. Serving as the backbone of the CZ P-09 NOCTURNE, it is equipped with a MIL-STD-1913 rail.
• Next Level comfort and Control: A new shape and profile of the slide catch/release lever, manual safety and decocker. This allows for a more intuitive and confident shooting experience, while providing an even higher level comfort.
• High Traction where it is needed: Texturing on the grip has been refined for increased traction. The texturing has also been extended to include the area between the trigger guard and beaver tail, in front of the bolt catch/release lever and on the magazine base.
