This modern rifle with an attractive ergonomic thumbhole style stock made of laminated wood is particularly suitable for the hunting of varmint.

What happens when you fit the more and more popular THUMBHOLE style stock to a CZ 527 “small mauser”. An original, beautiful and compact yet highly accurate hunting rifle is created. The modern style of fitting with increased emphasis on the best ergonomics together with the attractive look suit this CZ 527 light rifle very well. What is more, it has a favourable effect on the shooting results, aided also by the single set trigger and the heavy, hammer forged VARMINT style barrel, designed for shooting at medium and longer distances, hence the absence of mechanical sights. For easy mounting of the rifle scope, there are standardized grooves on the receiver bridges.
