The Savage Model 16/116 Lightweight Hunter is a lightweight and compact rifle that is fully equipped to take on the roughest terrain and foulest weather. It features the superb Savage AccuTrigger, a 3 position top-tang safety and synthetic stock.

The 20" corrosion resistant stainless steel barrel delivers superior accuracy, shot after shot. With the shorter barrel and light synthetic stock it moves easily thru heavy cover and comes up quickly even in the worst conditions. It has a detachable box magazine that holds 4 hard hitting rounds.
