Pay indication for sales applicants:
Starting out, with no previous experience
$55,000 - $60,000 pa + commission on target achieved $4,200 (uncapped)
Previous Sales experience or exceling your industry
$56,000 - $66,000 pa + commission on target achieved $12,000 (uncapped)
Proven Professional seller in your industry
$65,000 - $80,000 pa + commission on target achieved $19,200 (uncapped)
Wage based on 42 hours per week
Commission is paid on every sale made

We’re looking for results-driven Full- join our amazing Napier team in the Saltwater Fishing Department. We are seeking salespeople at any stage in their sales career, from starting out to industry professional. A proven sales record and/or fishing.

Do you have a deep understanding of the industry and the products associated with it? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Saltwater Fishing Sales Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote saltwater fishing gear and equipment.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, including individuals, retail stores, and other relevant businesses.
- Identify and convert new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the saltwater fishing industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and product presentations.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase our products and expand the company's network.
- Provide feedback and input to the product development team to improve existing products and develop new ones.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the saltwater fishing industry.
- Deep knowledge and passion for saltwater fishing gear, equipment, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other events as required.
- Proficient in using computers and point of sales systems.
